The goals he kicked last year are exactly that, last year. It is about what he can give us this year.

If they have got Ginni to finally connect above the shoulders regarding the discipline required to be a long term senior player, they're doing their job.
That sentence wasn't directed towards the coach.
It was meant for those who worry to much about what Ginni will never be instead of focusing on what he can do.

Great point Skids. During the year I had him gone and in saying that Fly has said he's trained the house down. He's in the team for the first final.

I read somewhere that while he was training the house down, the club dietitian banned some foods from his house, which didn't go down well with housemate Nathan Murphy.
Played a great game Friday night, he's much more than a 1 trick pony he's a very smart, creative footballer.
