Last years season was one hell of a ride ….
I have never enjoyed a season more, even had rapid Essendon & Bulldog supporters at work saying how they enjoyed watching what the Pies are bringing!!
But now this has tarnished everything that the boys did last year.
No matter what we do it is reflected in the deeds of a minor

I hope someone on this forum, who knows Ginni as a friend, will sent him a link to this conversation, so he can see who’s this hurts

How is it the guy filming its fault?!

Ginni is the halfwit who decided to snort coke in a dunny.

I’m glad someone recorded it! Next time maybe he’ll think twice about snorting random chemicals in a dunny!

He made a mistake.
He owned the mistake.
He accepted responsibility.
He apologised.
He’s accepting his punishment.

Did he kill, maim or assault anyone? No

Time to move on. The rest is bullshit.

I agree, he ought to have snorted the coke in a cleaner environment

Get real, folks. Collingwood is being $%$ed over, as usual.

Yep, the old adage, still applies, they hate us, cos they aint us. A boring off season, so good ol Ch 7, dredges this shit up, filmed by some low life in a public toilet, that alone condemns 7, and all they stand for, just cheap shot "journalism". :o

Actually the rest is the fun part. We've learned:

Everyone in their 20's does coke
Every football players does it too
Collingwood gets *&^%ed over all the time as this has never happened to any other club
StKilda has smarter players who can rotate through the toilet but not get caught
Ch 7 is at fault for running with a story of an AFL players snorting coke
Ginnivan's teammates hate him otherwise they would have stopped him
There's not enough education, or maybe too much education about the danger of drugs
Geelong supporters follow Collingwood players into toilets
The sky is violet.

^ Actually, the most startling thing we’ve learned is that Ginnivan (who is a potential champion) will be replaced by either of a couple of journeymen who couldn’t hit the side of a barn with a stick from a metre away.

Make no mistake, I am very angry. It is not OK - but I’m tired of people posting on here as if these players were all equal chess pieces. If Ginnivan were to be “overtaken”, it has all the hallmarks of Moore overtaking Cloke.

A very small number of players know how to kick goals. Ginnivan is one of them. Small forwards who can kick 40 goals in a season are about as common as epoch-defining centre-half-forwards. Didak reached 40 twice but never exceeded 41.

^ I hope you're right. I only look to Anthony, Dawes and Stephenson as players who looked great early but then failed miserably once the opposition teams started to dissect their game style and put a decent opponent on them.
