Mason Cox may not be the best footballer going around the AFL, but he seems to be one of the best people playing. Collingwood is blessed to have him on the team. Looking forward to him being back on the track and contributing to the team again.

People love to hate opposition players. Leave it on the field, 99% of players are nice people. Mason has got a few of my friends who despised him now loving him.

For some reason the video won’t work on my iPad. Has anybody else had a problem watching this?

When I tried to watch the CBS version I got a message saying it wasn’t available in my region, even though I was using a VPN. Strange

You would think that 60 minutes Australia would show this story soon,as they often show stories from the American version of 60 minutes.

IMO Cox's weakness was, and I say was, his overhead contested marking. Opposition defenders always had his measure, chopping and generally just putting him off balance. I see that area of his game has improved dramatically in the off season and I expect to see him to dominate when he returns to the team. Play him closer to goal, allow Checkers, Elliot, de Goey, et al to play up the ground more and deliver the ball into F50. It's going to be even more exciting to watch.

Terrific fella. Met him years ago at a dinner and he kindly went on his knees to be down at my level to speak with me and a mate - just a thoughtful person.

While on milestones, it could be a dual celebration when Sidey plays his 300th game against North Melbourne in Round 11.

One of the most remarkable stories to emerge in Australian if not World sport, Mason Cox is scheduled to play his 100th game.

Apparently Frampton is set to miss a couple of weeks with groin soreness.

Big Cox will have to perform now like never before!
