Steak, (rib eye on the bone) corn on the cob cooked on the BBQ in foil, scalloped potato and sweet potato with onion, bacon and chili.
Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down.

roasted vegies in organic shoyu and coconut oil, couscous with miso, thai sweet chilli stir fry chicken.
with raw cacao truffles for dessert! double yum!!
and yes i cooked it all!!
finished with a lovely wine:

Santa got me a "slow cooker" for Xmas.
Did a beef, red wine and mushroom casserole. 8 hours on low and it was Delish!

and clean it up
in my dishwasher bikini!!
