Once you find out, please post what you find out, I'm sure there will be others interested.

Re: Legends memberships
As well as the Waitlist for upgrading, there is a "Move" option.Loz wrote:Is there any way to down grade to a cheaper legends membership without the wait list

Auto renewal for 1892 and Legends members will be on Wednesday, November 15.
The club emailed us earlier today saying they're up to calling 25 year members who have Level 1 or 4 away seats.
Renewal forms for 2024 should be sent in early November.

Received a call mid August. My understanding is that they were working backwards on how long people had been members i.e. long term members being contacted first.Jezza wrote:Have any Club 5/Legends members received a phone call from the membership department regarding 2024 away reserved seats arrangements?

Confusing times.
Get an email last week saying my away seat has been moved. I sit on level 1. The people I sit with did not get the same email. I replied asking wtf is going on and they havent replied. They must be getting an absolute tonne of emails.
Today I also got the auto-renewal email and just had a look to see that legends and reserve seats memberships now have a waiting list. Gee whizz.
Coming into my 21st year as a member and my 14th as a Legend. My son on the other had will be going into his 3rd year... he turns 2 in April.

^ Yep, I also received the invoice.
The CEO emailed members on Monday that the membership department was still in the process of contacting all affected members.

Away seat debacle (Update; I think we're sorted?)
My away seats have been moved.
The two people I sit with have not been moved.
I've been told because I didnt attend a certain amount of games in 2022-23 and my years of service was a part of the decision to move me.
I am a 22 year member. I missed games in 2021-22 because of some deep personal issues which I posted about on here back then. We also had a child born in the April of 2022. Why am I being punished for this?
I can no longer attend an away game that is deemed a ticketed event. I can no longer sit with my family, one of who has Aspergers and will find it upsetting to be seated apart. I now have to sit in GA of level 4 if I wish to attend an away game. If it's ticketed, I must purchase a ticket. (Anzac Day, etc).
I have never sat on level 2. I have always sat on level 1.
This is very upsetting and the club is not being very clear or very helpful. I paid my full membership costs over 2 covid-hit seasons, but that means nothing. I missed too many games in 2022 apparently.
I understand that everyone is jumping on now. I understand the other clubs want a piece of that pie too. But why am I being moved away from my family?? We've been going to games since the late 90's. I hardly missed attending a game up until Covid and then after our stillbirth. And the club says thats not good enough??
