Gee some shocking umpires decisions. Judd in the back to Bruest early in the 1 st qtr, but no free.

Worse decision was Hale pile driving his head into the Carlton player and gets free and goals -,really hate that even if it did cost the blues a goal.

Credit where it's due the blues aren't playing too bad but the skill errors of their lesser lights hurt them.

Daisy is moving the best I've seen him in a while, Judd is still a bloody good footballer and Rioli's skills are mad.

That said I think the Hawks are a tad iffy down back at the moment and if Reid isn't injured and plays next week we could cause them some big headaches with our height and still might if Cloke and White have good game without Reid.

The hawthorn defence looks very suspect without Gibson and Lake. If we can win the midfield battle next week, Cloke and White will cash in. They have had no answer for Casboult.
