Is any else unable to access their member card through the app?
I keep getting “something went wrong, try again” message.

Delete the app -> re-install -> log back in. Make sure the app is updated.

Hasn’t affected myself personally, but others have had similar issues to yourself.
Thanks mate.
I deleted then reinstalled the app and it is now showing the tickets.

Happened to me but didn’t have to reinstall the app.
Just logged out and logged back in.
Was then able to access the ticket.

Same . Logout and log back in fixed it
