Good to hear your seating situation has been addressed. Not a bad outcome from what I can gather.Presti35 wrote:Bit of an update on our situation too. We're able to sit together, but our away seats have been moved.... 5 rows closer and staring with an aisle seat too.
One thing I did discover reading your post is the club does track attendance rates. I was never sure one way or another whether this was the case or not.

Thanks Jezza.
I mean Id been to 90% of games from 2000-covid years. Stayed fully signed up in the two covid years. Only in 2022-23 did i miss more matches than usual, so yeah, it was a bit of a kick in the guts to be told I hadn't gone to enough games. It wasn't very clear until actually speaking to someone and they fixed the issue.
I used the "buy back" system twice this season, but they didn't sell.
The cost went up a bit after the fix too.

As far as i know the cap be ready at the shop from mid/late jan 2024.
they are working on the design over december.
They can also post them too you.
Normally i pick mine up the very first match normally at the MCG or Marvel which ever venue is our first Melbourne match.
Be interested on how it looks for 2024.
Like a premiership cup logo on it some how.

Re: 2024 membership pack
Got a photo of your membership pack for 2024stui magpie wrote:Mine arrived today, I was on auto renew on monthly payments.
Lanyard, stickers, scarf, membership card and a nice little pin that says 2023 premiership member. No cap which doesn't bother me, I don't wear caps.

Thanks for updating us.barrackers wrote:Got my away seat phone call today. 18 year member, 5 as legends. Single seat and was offered an upgrade from level 4 to level 1!
Gives me a rough idea of where the membership department is up to in terms of contacting members in order of years of membership.
Are you happy with your new seat?

Yep, very happy if it. Same bay as my home seat. While I like the different perspective from higher up and being able to see structures etc the atmosphere isn’t quite the same as near the cheer squad.Jezza wrote: Thanks for updating us.

Unfortunately I’ll get wet when it rains, but I’d prefer that than being under the concrete of the seating above.Magpiefan3 wrote: Nice spot.

Got mine yesterday.
The social Club medallion hasn't changed for over 10 years now.... boring.
Is there a members polo this year? They had that atrocious one with the white hoop on it in 2022, so I skipped that one. Last years was cool, but I can't see an option for one this year anywhere?
