Wait at least 2 hours before our Pick - be Annoying IF we Trade it out.

AFL Draft is go and the first shock. Despite being the first official AFL meeting since the GF, Andrew Dillon failed to congratulate the 2023 Premiers!

What is going on there?
Ed Allen kicked our last goal of the year at the 58minute mark of the last quarter

No matter what happens it's all good, we're improving a premiership list. 8)

McGowan (The Age) has us bidding on Will Graham (GC match at 24), bidding on Caiden Cleary (Sydney match at 25) and taking Collard at 26. He has Adelaide taking Goad next, and StK Schoenmaker next.

i hate this scenario - we take Collard, him knowing that we only picked him cause we couldn't get the other two

But if Collard has a brain (assume he does) he'd know that if we had a top-10 pick, we wouldn't pick him with it. So what's the difference?

the difference is that we just pick someone normally, we will say that we could not believe they were still available, and that we really rate the player much higher than their pick

That was true last year though, couldn't believe Allan got through to us, don't think we'll get that kind of luck this time.

That won't improve their performance. Might have the opposite effect!!
