Doesn't sound promising. So we're paying 'more for less' in other words?
Haven't received a call from the club yet to discuss this further.

2024 Collingwood Memberships (inc. AFL, MCC)

Post by LaurieHolden »

Following our season 2023 membership record of 106,470 members, there's going to be plenty of discussion going forward regarding package options for the 2024 season to come.
In light of the ticketing debacle for the GF, there already appears to be a waiting list flagged for new Legends membership for 2024 ~

Updates will be provided as they come to hand.

I’ve got mine sorted. I’m a gold AFL and next year I’ve upgraded my legends membership to an 1892 membership.

Thanks mightypies90, I wasn't aware of that one, for those interested (following this years debacle, I reckon it'll go fast) :

The club is only upgrading top tier legends and club 5 at the moment. Everyone else will go on a waiting list.

I received my renewal notice in the mail last week for myself and 2 adult kids.
All set up for auto renewal - one less thing to worry about.

The Club says that the upgrade waiting list will be opened at the end of the week, or early next at the worst. It's only necessary for packages that contain reserved seats or sections.

An email with instructions will be sent at that time.

One thing I have picked up that it is different is that we don't get a reserved seat for Marvel home games from 2024.
Will have access to redeem a $0 member ticket for both Marvel games.

Have any Club 5/Legends members received a phone call from the membership department regarding 2024 away reserved seats arrangements?

I'm Club 5 & missed a call just before the ticket debacle, but they rang me back on Tuesday. As Club 5 no longer exists, I moved over to the 1892 package. My away MCG seat in M36, M3 was moved to K1, same bay. Not really sure why I had to move it in the first place. I never wanted level 2 seating, which is what the 1892 package offers.
They also required a $149 deposit for the 1892!
