IMO it’s partly to protect Kane. MRO said there was no case Tribunal said it was reasonable so the AFL would look silly appealing and there is enough pressure on Kane already with a few prior issues. Although she has only been in the job officially for a few weeks, she has been running the game all season.

Back in the 1980s, a family friend, who ended up actually being Team manager at melb, took me as his guest, into the hallowed halls of the MCC, the Toffs section. My first though was, "what is a shit kicker like me, doing here with this snobby mob?", Never have I seen, before or since, such a total colletion of tweed jacket assholes, snobby toffy, upper class gits. I couldnt wait to get out of there, they looked at me, long hair, tight arse jeans boots, ( but with a tie) with utter contempt. Total losers, all of them.

I’m still wondering did Maynard’s flowers end up in a vase at the Brayshaw house,and whether Melbourne are still filthy and seething,and disgusted at the words coming out of Collingwood’s mouth,according to Melbourne spokesperson Caroline Wilson?

Honestly,I can’t believe how a so called journalist could allow herself to become a mouth piece for the gripes of a football club,which were purely designed to get a player suspended at the tribunal,regardless of the facts.

But that’s Carro for you.When she gets on that mighty high horse of hers,all the facts and reason go out the window,as she relentlessly pursues her greatest hate of all,the Collingwood football club.
