No idea what they expect him to do as he didn't choose body contact. Bumping is a choice. He's spoiling and he's supposed to adjust mid air somehow to avoid contact. If he gets suspended you take that all the way to the Supreme Court.

If they find him guilty of something it’s multiple weeks

But it’s an accident and will be viewed as such

That’s the third option. ;)

This will be over in 5 minutes.

Collingwood just plays the footage of the Jakob Ryan incident where Cam Rayner concussed him in a football act and was NOT suspended.

Recollection of Brayshaw incident for most non-Collingwood supporters.

I got blocked on Twitter by that sook Ralph Horowitz. His take was an emotional rant. https://twitter.com/rtralphy

Get Crips Lawyer if he gets cited. He attempted to smother, he's in the air. If they can prove he can stop in mid-air he gets two weeks. They can't.

Wow, what a champ Ralph is. Offers to donate a whopping $200 AND uses the incident to self-promote in the one tweet. He’s a flog

Jezza wrote:Think he gets a week. It's a "football act" of trying to smother the ball, but the last part where he turns his body and shoulder will be heavily scrutinised.

Whatever the decision is, it will be polarising no matter what.
Agree but what was he supposed to do?

If this happens we should 100% fight it, in court if necessary after carlscum effort last year

This. Have they even watched it?

No fuggin way he should get suspended for this, BUT this is the MRO and AFL and I have no fuggin idea which side of the bed they’ll get up from this morning. Because Bratshaw will miss a game from concussion protocols, im worried the MRO will make a statement.
Yes and we should fight all the way

They know they'll probably be playing us in the grand final if they get through and obviously they'd prefer Maynard not to be there, so I guess the gloves are off. Still, pretty nasty stuff from Goodwin (and check out his devious response to the question about van Rooyen later on by way of comparison).

Watch his press conference and ask yourself if McRae would have answered those questions like that (indeed, his own response to the Maynard incident was much more measured). I'm proud that he's our coach and not a sore loser like Goodwin.

Fly was all class, Goodwin was a bitter loser. Didn’t see it and then said McStay stayed on the ground so nothing in it. He’s a flog who’s lucky he’s not at Collingwood or his off-field stuff would have ended his career years ago.

And i typed Bratshaw by mistake, honest typo if anyone noticed. He’s a terrific bloke and absolutely no ill will towards him.

Typical gutter journalism. The chant started after their scum players attacked Maynard.

We ALL stood and applauded Ashe left the ground.
