There has been some saying keep Cox / Lynch as back up to Grundy

Well that can also apply to backup players for big forwards

If it works and I hope it does then Checkers plays the 2nd marking fwd as a go to

Fantastic work by Wright. A simple downgrade of an early 3rd rounder to a late 3rd rounder back PLUS Kreuger. Well Done Graham. Points wise it effectively is 205 points which equates to Pick 80!!!

Reckon if we recruited "Cam Donaldson, Micky Dimmish and Andy Payne for pick 89 you'd be ambivalent"!

The answer is Kelly has been injured a lot of the time and the others aren't quite ready yet to perform at senior level. This guy is ready to go right now.

That's the theory, time will tell. Not convinced his 2 games in his time at the Cats confirms it 1 way or the other.

Normally what you say is right, except in our case, our stocks of ready to go tall forwards are so poor that Kreuger realizes that his chances at Collingwood to get a game are so much better than at Geelong.
