Coxy was good last night.
I dont think anyone said he couldnt be good, i think everyone was just upset about his lack of fundamentals being displayed, like his body work to get his opponent on the back foot.
More a jab at the forwards coach at CFC.
His long arms arnt just good for getting the the mark before everyone else in the league...They can be used to fend off before the ball arrives.
P.S does anyone know why his forearms are strapped like that? Maybe with some very slippery substance on the tape so opponents cant grab his arms?

I tell you what, Cox looks so much better when he plays from behind in the forward line. He looks so much more comfortable when he can initiate the contact and force the opposition under the ball. With his reach, if he’s not going to mark it Cox has shown tremendous guile for deft touches, taps and knock ons to crumbers and players running past.

agreed, i didn't see anything that jumped out at me. Great game of footy we won...move on.

This is the big change I reckon - his early bump on Mc Govern stood out and was the reverse of what has happened in the pastCam wrote:Watching the replay of his early goals... Cox finally looks like he understands that HE needs to make the early contact to get his opponent out of position.
I think therefore I think - I think
Cox conference - 6 October 2020
Cox conference not what you think haha. He’s holding a press conference live streamed on Twitter in five minutes according to the CFC, Eddie will be present. This can’t be good! If it’s a fractured cheekbone, I’m done with footy. [/code]
