He's become a pretty integral part of the midfield, don't think we could afford to lose him at this stage

Brisbane were interested last year. If the price is right then why not trade? You need to define what that price is. INXS says pick 21 would benefit the pies. While Ok and doing some decent things midfield his fwd line play has been below (his) par this year.

I thought Elliot had his best game for quite a while last night. Maybe he's trying to garner interest. Good for The Pies whatever the outcome.

Elliott is a free agent in 2021, he could just walk away and we would probably get a late 2nd round pick, a trade would be the way to go if we think he is gonna leave or if we think we can flip him/the pick into another player into a position of need.

Beautiful. Just so happy for him. An intense lad who puts a lot of pressure on himself, playing the most notoriously godforsaken role on the ground as a small forward, from a tough background without an ounce of luck with injuries.

All that work and determination, captured in one shot. Few players deserve the love more.

Great post. He’s been a constant, giving his best for us for years now despite so many ups and downs, none of the downs being his own making. He so deserved this !

Feels like it should be 250, but for injuries. I owe him an apology, I thought he was finished due to injuries years ago. Absolute champion to get back to his elite level and be our forward line captain.

An underrated gun. A quality player who believes that grace and humility is a sign of greatness. A wonderfully talented and respected human being.
