the trade is likely to happen one of two ways.
"My understanding is it will involve Ben Kennedy, if Melbourne are ok with that and a draft pick," Anderson said.
"The other option is another club gets involved, possibly a Port Adelaide because Jimmy Toumpas is looking to go back to Adelaide.
"So, Toumpas to Port Adelaide, Howe to Collingwood, Kennedy to Melbourne and probably a draft pick floating around to appease parties, probably from Melbourne to Port Adelaide."

Yeah Mahoney had a snooty demeanour on NAB Trade Radio and SEN and is somehow trying to separate Kennedy from the Howe deal. Sour grapes Josh you short ass, ex helmet wearing, worst premiership player in 2004, angry short man syndrome!!!
Pretty simple 21 year old Kennedy (pick 19) for 25 year old Howe (pick 33) have merged together to probably be of equal value. get it done you prat!

Howe is class. Very happy he could be comming our way. Let's hope he does better than the other Melbourne 'superstar' that came our way.

I hope it turns out the coup of the decade, and that the asking price of $700k, not so long ago, was all a cunning plan to extract him from Roosy's and Goodwin's clutches.
But I'm really concerned its likely to be the next bomb, persisted with at our detriment.
Who u backing?
Roos or the guys who recruited White, Russell, Lynch, Young et al.
Maybe this keeps dragging out, else lets hope he has IT to go for 120 minutes now he should be peaking.

^^^ Don't worry about it - you can't blame them for trying.
As for Howe's deal, according to the AFL site it "is rumoured to be in the region of $400,000 a season over four years". See http://www.afl.com.au/news/2015-10-15/l ... ade-period
