Well after a dismal Friday night the weekend has panned out the best we could have hoped for with a loss by Sydney, Richmond and the sweetest of all the scum.

Scum going nowhere with a 60 year old coach. Recruited a banged up Dale Thomas for way over what he's worth. If tonight continues, Thomas will be nothing more than a fringe player at best and Carlton will finish around 10th -14th.

Those Carlton postings sound remarkably similar to those posted here on Friday night, which just goes to show that every club has its dumb, sad-sacks. But it is particularly enjoyable to listen to them and to the Richmond swine. Anybody hear that dopey cow on SEN Friday night saying that it was the best she'd felt since 1980? What a stupid drip and she got it back in spades last night.

Friday night doesn't feel as bad tonight.....imagine how we'd be feeling if the Filth had won and Richmond and the Swans had all won too. It's Round 1 and despite what Carey and Lloyd have to say, I'm not ready to call us the new 'bruise free' team just yet. We'll bounce back. Have faith Pie People.

Since when is posting about hating the Blooz an "Other AFL" thread? It's part of what defines us as Collingwood supporters. This should be on the main page, front and centre. In fact, it should probably be "stickied" so Magpie Bat doesn't have to go hunting for it when they lose.
