Why do "The Women's Weekly" recipes taste so good. Use them a lot.
Made a vat of Minestrone (no meat) that was delicious - gone in 2 days.
Cannellini beans for protein amongst lots of veges.

Bought a smoker box today and a rib rack.
Tried it out tonight with beef ribs on the BBQ, hood down and smoker box over the heat.
Damn, tasty. Put some corn on the cob in the rack as well, soaked in butter. The smoke flavour went right through them too.
