I am not trying to get much naughtier or should he or she say nastier than Milne. I have everything I need right here in Viccy Park.

Nice game form the mini-medders, another two weeks of similar effort will see him debut.
Still I would not compare my worst enemy to that piece of disgusting shit

Certainly not some kid playing in a team that controversy just loves to find!
Well, Jamie did compare himself to Milne after he was drafted, as the current player he is most similar to.
Correct weight. If he kicks as many goals & plays as well as Milne has we'll be very happy - the only addition on the field is to play well in finals.

Pressure on a youngster who's played 1 game in the VFL ? Just a lot!

Moneyball identifies Elliott

Post by ClokingDevice »

Shifter on TAC cup Future Stars is interviewing Jamie Elliott and just showed his version of Moneyball developed by Brady Rawlings and Mick Ablett employing Nathan Buckley's kicking test and Matthew Lloyd's clean hands test, athleticism, ball winning ability etc

Only Devon Smith rated higher than Elliott

1: Devon Smith: 102.95 pick 14 (GWS)
2: Jamie Elliott: 98.83 Trade (pick 25) (Coll) *Clarke steak knives*
3: Liam Sumner: 86.40 pick 10 (GWS)
4: Brad Crouch: 92.25 pick 2 (Adel) *Mini Draft*

You can work out his worth from the above, great trade, great value, another win to Hine.. does he use Moneyball???

I think it had Elliott as the second best in that year on that ranking score.

Not sure of the science behind the test but Sheehan seemed to think it had a great deal of validity and was well designed.

Not sure why we are only hearing about this now if it was used as far back as Elliott's draft year, I think they said 2010.

I think that ranking score had Fasolo in the top 10 too.

I'm pretty sure we gave up pick 25 for both Clarke and Elliott to GWS

Showed last night why some of us were so bullish about him being in our best side come finals.

Along with Sinclair and Fasolo it's an exciting array of small forwards.

Over to you Mr. Didak.
He's mad. He's bad. He's MaynHARD!

Jamie told Shifter he and the other 1st year boys formed a strong bond with Nathan Buckley down in Tasmania pre season

Now Shifter called Elliott the steak knives in the interview, probably because Clarke had played before

But who do we reckon Hine thought the steak knives were pre deal?
