Naicos is a freak.
MASSIVE kudos to Fly. Engineered that. Found a way to quell their impressive midfield.
Imagine if we had some of their talls? Would never lose again. Weitering is brilliant. _________________ The match day thread is for unfiltered BS knee jerk reactions. The time for level headed comment comes after. |

OMG what grit and determination to win that game.
I was so nervous in that last quarter and thought those behinds were going to come back to bite us. Still buzzing. _________________ Sydney Collingwood Supporters Club

Richard Pratt medal indeed. He's the one that paid for their salary cap breaches. _________________ "The Club's not Jock, Ted and Gerry" (& Eddie)

We deserved that. Dominated the inside 50s and tackles. If we'd kicked straight there would have been no question. In the end we prevailed. Beat Carlton. If I die tonight, I die happy!
N. Daicos - medal and 3 Brownlow votes. |

So proud, great team effort. Well done to Harvey and Sully.
And against the highly fancied Blues makes it all the more sweeter.
Go PIES!!! |

So many naysers. A team led by Fly and Darcy does not lose its will to win and do the hard things required to win overnight. We’re not gunna look pretty all the time this year but I love an ugly win, especially over Carlton. They relied on too few and we had an even spread of goal kickers and workers. That’s the Collingwood way. _________________ 'Collingwood are the Bradmans of Football'

B T would be spewing, asshole he is, we stuck it right up em , as ol Teddy used to say, time to watch the replay again. Voss the toss can go back to his sandbox now. Splendid victory, season back on track now. ! _________________ Poverty exists not because we cannot feed the poor, but because we cannot satisfy the rich.
