With Condon possibly joining in Jun-Jul surely we won't be considering more rucking types (Burmeister)?

I think you mean Kayle Guerrin from WA but can't guarantee he’ll be there with a pick in the 40’s 50’s

Ed Allen kicked our last goal of the year at the 58minute mark of the last quarter

I noticed that Sam Lalor (expected to be top 5 this year) told 3AW he goes for Collingwood and modelled his game on JDG. See you a 3 or 4 years Sammy.

A pretty good look at the range of players that will be available around our range in the draft ~

Confirmation from this article that Smith and Lalor supported Collingwood. Not that it means too much as Petracca followed Collingwood too. And many of our boys have supported different clubs over the years; Sidebottom (Essendon), Pendles (Melbourne), just to name a couple. But it is still interesting to know.

Lalor- “I wasn’t even thinking about the game I was playing, I was worried about the Pies game!”

“I think my favourite memory is when we won the flag, or Jamie Elliott’s goal after the siren. I was right behind that, and it was crazy".

Smith- “He didn’t play a senior game for Collingwood, but he was obviously very young and was around when they won the (1990) flag and Peter Daicos was playing. He tells me about all them and being coached by Leigh Matthews as well”.

Unfortunately Richmond might pick him at pick 1, so we'd have to pry the #1 pick out of richmond.. which seems to be harder than not.

In my jumping-to-conclusions expert opinion, out if those 4 listed previously, my favourites, Sims and Stumpf are both coached by Rocca ? If so, we get an honest appraisal, which could prove very valuable.

The players I singled out are all going to be gone well before our first pick. So I'm not sure who I want now.

I am, however, wondering if we'll look at Quaynor with one of our picks, and if Zai Millane is any chance of being taken by the Suns (or if another club bids).

I think LQ is more likely for our vfl list. Millane has dropped off the radar. We'll see what talls are on the board, then I think we'll go for a mid. Doug Kerr hopefully even though he is recovering from his ACL (if not, he'll still be eligible next year)

Maybe not quite so. Not all clubs have a priority for talls in the 35-45 range. I reckon potentially 3 of them can fall through to our first couple of picks. If we are stiff, none lol.
